4) Appointments, Arrival, Late Policy, and Cancellations

Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce your session time to avoid impacting other clients.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Our cancellation and rescheduling policies (including any fees) will be displayed at booking, in confirmation messages, or on our website. If not posted, the policy in effect at the time of booking will apply.

No-Shows: We may charge a fee for no-shows or missed appointments as permitted by applicable law and as disclosed during booking.


5) Memberships, Packages, and Promotions

Memberships, bundles, packages, and promotions may include specific terms (expiration, usage limits, redemption rules, pause/cancellation rules). Those terms will be disclosed at purchase or in membership/package documentation and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.


6) Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Payments: You agree to pay the price shown at checkout/booking, including applicable taxes/fees.

Refunds: Refund/cancellation policies (if offered) will be stated at purchase, checkout, confirmation, or on the relevant sales page. If no refund policy is stated, purchases may be considered final to the fullest extent permitted by law.
